$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install qutemol 

qutemol is installed in your system.

Make ensure the qutemol package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep qutemol *

You will get with qutemol package name, version, architecture and description in a table

qutemol package basic information:
